Transition Partners Workshop Opportunity
An information session designed to increase the understanding of the types of employment and pathway supports available inside and outside the NDIS and to help parents / participants / school staff plan and prepare better to discuss employment
support options for their son / daughter / students during and after school.
The workshop will cover:

- NDIS Employment Support Funding –
- Social, Economic and Community
Participation INCLUDING Supports in
Employment - Finding and Keeping a Job INCLUDING
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)
- Social, Economic and Community
- Understanding the Specialised Job Customisation
(Customised Employment) approach - The Disability Support Pension (DSP) and Open
Employment
