The Burnett’s first dedicated sole-trader Christmas Party!

As you know, being a sole-trader has some great perks; flexibility, no reporting line and the choice (well sometimes) to take a long lunch. However, it also has some challenges, no-one to high-five to celebrate a success, few collaboration opportunities, less opportunity for leadership learning, no accidental catch-ups and the higher likelihood of overworking a regular work week. That’s certainly how I have felt every Christmas since my time in Council or the RSL.

So, with that being said, and in a small effort to shine some light, we have put together a Sole-Trader Christmas Party, I’m wondering if you might be able to support us in our first event. Neither make any profit from this, and aren’t seeking for superstardom – it’s cost neutral, based around some fun, networking and connection for those who don’t have work colleagues around them.
