The Wide Bay Burnett Supply Chain Forum is your chance to hear from key supply chain experts and industry speakers. This free event takes place on 26 November at Rowers on the River Bundaberg and is only available to the first 100 registrations.  Over 4 hours you will hear from industry experts in a face to face forum.

Our key note speech: “Making sense of your supply chain – a regional and global perspective” will be delivered by Associate Professor Ben Lyons, Director of  Rural Economies Centre of Excellence and will cover recent research and analysis lessons learnt in the COVID pandemic, it  will cover a range of supply chain sectors from agri-food to infrastructure with a focus on regional Queensland. Christine Davidson, Growth facilitator with AusIndustry Entrepreneurs’ Program and Master of  international Business, will share powerful insights to help de-risk your supply chain. Kerren Smith, Managing Director, Smith Global is a  global expert and consultant Specialising in Transport Productivity and Heavy Vehicle Engineering, Kerren will share key insights in Transport Solutions for Your Supply Chain.

The program is backed up by 3 key regional businesses that will share their supply chain stories and how local solutions helped their businesses. Finally projects of regional significance and incorporating indigenous procurement will be presented with advice on how local businesses can get involved with possible supply chain opportunities.

This event is a collaboration between Regional Development Australia (RDA) Wide Bay Burnett, AusIndustry and the Department of State Development, Tourism and Innovation.
