SBRC 21/22-13 Mondure Hall Re-stumping

Council is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake re-stumping works of the Mondure Hall. There are approximately 128 stumps supporting the Mondure Hall. The existing timber stumps are generally in poor condition with some having moved and consequently are not providing any structural support to the building. Council is seeking quotations to remove all existing stumps and replace with new steel stumps in concrete footings to the designs provided.
