DESCRIPTION:Kingaroy Chamber of Commerce & Industry Inc. invites you to our 2026 #2 Meet & Greet on Tuesday\, 24 March 2025\, hosted by Bethany Cottages. \nGuest Speakers: \nThe Old Hangar – Rachel & Christian Bjelke-Petersen – Established in 1913\, ‘Bethany’ has been farmed by successive generations for over 110 years. In April 2024\, the Old Hangar at Bethany was reimagined and unveiled as a wedding and events venue\, using local suppliers & complementing the iconic Bethany Cottages. The property supports a thriving herd of 200+ Angus commercial breeding cattle. \nBethany Cottages – John Bjelke-Petersen – Starting with two cottages in 2003 and adding a further two a few years later\, the family have shared their beautiful property with many guests from all over the world. Bunya Beef Grazing – Bec Cross – Bec’s family has been farming in the South Burnett region for over 140 years. They have a passion for caring for their unique landscape and for raising quality\, well-bred cattle.
