If you wish to withdraw an invitation, for example a supplier has decided after reading the scope documentation they do not wish to proceed and you would like to suppress issuance of eForums, kindly navigate to ‘Manage Suppliers’ section, select the checbox alongside the supplier, click the ellipsis (3 dots) and click ‘Withdraw Invitation’. This action issues a notification to the registered email ID and effectively undoes the previous confirmation of participation and will ensure this supplier no longer receives public eForums. Suppliers who have previously confirmed their participation in a closed event may click ‘Decline Participation’ in the event directly in the portal. This option is not currently available for open (public) tenders.
