Council requires 2000cubic meters of an imported soil blend for the Kingaroy Transformation Project.
Specification: IMPORTED SOIL BLEND
Soil to comply with AS 4419, Table 1.
Additional requirements:
· Organic Matter: >6% but less than 8% by mass;;
· Texture: Sandy loam, fine Sandy Loam or Loam in accordance with AS 4419
· [Phosphorous: <20mg/kg (for native gardens only)].
Provide test for: Soil to Table 1 Scheme of Soils Testing – AS 4419. Testing to be carried out by a NATA accredited laboratory. This test result is to be undertaken on the specific soil sample and not a generic test of manufactured soil stock.
DELETERIOUS MATERIAL
Soil is to be free from noxious weeds, rocks, roots, rubbish, or any other deleterious material.
