Red Earth Community Foundation are thrilled to announce that applications for the Red Earth Community Leadership Program (RECLP) 2026 are now officially open!
The RECLP offers an incredible opportunity for individuals across the Burnett Inland to grow as leaders, connect with others, and make a lasting impact on their communities. Over the years, more than 240 local leaders have experienced this transformative journey, and now, it’s your turn—or perhaps you know someone who would be the perfect fit.
Whether you’re just beginning your leadership journey or looking to deepen your skills, the RECLP provides the knowledge, support, and network to help you lead with confidence and purpose. Our program is designed to:
- Foster personal and professional growth
- Build strong connections across the region
- Equip participants to create positive change in their communities
