Hamilton Locke, to share their insights from the next generations perspective.
A recent survey that Rural Aid conducted through its Farmer Newsletter highlighted
that only 8.5% of respondents have prepared and implemented a formal succession and transition plan, with 31.4% advising that they are not yet prepared and do not know where to start.
Implementing a succession and transition plan will give you and your family peace of mind and a clear path for the future.
