Last month saw the following results across the region:
- In Goondiwindi, occupancy has increased 17.24% since last month
- For the Lockyer Valley region, ‘Gatton’ is the most searched keyword, closely followed by ‘Lockyer Valley’
- The South Burnett region has recorded the highest occupancy rate across the region for the fourth consecutive month
- Occupancy continues to grow for the Southern Downs with a 70% occupancy rate across the region – a 37.25% increase year on year
- The Toowoomba region recorded 61% occupancy in October – just a slight drop from the yearly high recorded in September
- In the Western Downs, ‘Dalby’ and ‘Chinchilla’ are the most searched for towns
