Tender Overview: The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the Design and Construction of a new Administration Building and Multi-Purpose Hall at Murgon State High School located at 2 Dutton St, Murgon QLD 4605.
The two buildings are located on opposite sides of the school campus and include additional site infrastructure including a new double Multi-Purpose court area, site stormwater upgrade works and electrical supply upgrade. External covered links to tie into the existing walkways network is also required. All works are to be completed by May 2021.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works;
- Professional indemnity insurance to the value of $5 Million;
- Minimum PQC level 3;
- Have certified 3rd party Quality Assurance.
