Back to Work has developed a range of online Short Courses in partnership with TAFE Queensland to provide additional skills and build confidence for small business employers to encourage retention of their employees.
Employers don’t need to have a BTW employee to participate and it is available to all small business employers and their staff across Queensland.
Four courses are available now, with two more under development:
- Effective Workplace Leadership
- Workplace Resilience and Wellbeing
- Recruiting for the Role
- Communicating effectively with people with disability
