Queensland Health are pleased to release ROI HIQ1084, titled “Hospital Rescue Plan (HRP) – New Bundaberg Hospital Workers Accommodation.” This ROI seeks to gauge market interest and capability in delivering a scalable, high-quality accommodation solution to support the construction workforce for the new Bundaberg Hospital. The solution should accommodate between 50 and 500 personnel, peaking at 500 required by Q2 2026 for approximately two years, with a preference for proposals offering legacy benefits such as permanent housing or adaptable infrastructure for the Bundaberg community.
Responses must be submitted via email to HIQProcurement@health.qld.gov.au by 3.30 pm on 3 September 2025. The ROI includes a Response Form requiring details on your organisation’s legal name, ACN/ABN, licences, and conflict of interest declarations.
The form also includes questions on your interest in tendering, capacity to meet requirements by Q2 2026, relevant experience, regulatory compliance, and more.
