We invite you or your organisation to participate in the “Pride of Workmanship” Award Scheme which our club is conducting.  It has been several years since this scheme was conducted by the Rotary Club of Kingaroy and it is hoped that the it will become an regular event on our calendar. We would like to give you the opportunity to nominate one of your employees who, in your opinion, displays those qualities which qualify him or her for such an award.

We believe “Pride of Workmanship” – the sense of responsibility to do a job well. (Do it Once – Do it Well) is one of the greatest intangible assets in our community.

As part of our campaign to encourage the “Pride of Workmanship” theme, Rotary would like, through employers, to give recognition to employees where it is considered due.  This is the purpose of the Award scheme, and with your help the theme can be spread amongst your employees and beyond.

Nominees will receive their award at the Presentation Dinner to be held by our club at SB Care, Cnr of Kingaroy & Avoca Streets, Kingaroy on 16 November, commencing at 6 pm for a 6:30pm start.

If this scheme appeals to you and you would like to nominate an employee for award, please complete the attached nomination form and return it no later than 13 October, the closing date for nominations. Also attached is the Nominator Information Sheet which will provide the qualities that we believe the awardees should display in their positions.

Upon receipt of your nomination, we will contact you with further details. We trust that you will take advantage of this scheme and help us to help you in encouraging “Pride of Workmanship”.

Yours faithfully
